Penggolongan Anak Khusus Menurut Teori Santrock

a. Gangguan indera (gangguan penglihatan dan pendengaran)
b. Gangguan fisik (gangguan ortopedik, cerebral palsy, gangguan kejang-kejang/epilepsi)
c. Retardasi mental (ringan, IQ= 55 – 70; moderat, IQ= 40 – 54; berat, IQ=25 – 39; parah, IQ < 25)
d. Gangguan bicara dan bahasa (gangguan bicara dan bahasa, gangguan artikulasi, gangguan suara, gangguan kefasihan, gangguan bahasa (reseptif atau ekspresif)
e. Gangguan belajar (dyslexia)
f. Attention deficit Hiperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
g. Gangguan Emosi dan Perilaku (perilaku agresif, depresi, kecemasan dan ketakutan)
